1. Service Description

CiteFlow provides AI visibility auditing, content generation, and optimization tools designed to help businesses get recommended by AI search engines including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Mistral. Our service includes automated audits, blog post generation, page optimization recommendations, Reddit monitoring, entity audits, and related features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person or business entity — shared logins are not permitted.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate
  • You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods, except under our 30-day score improvement guarantee
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

4. Score Improvement Guarantee

If you implement our recommended optimizations within 14 days of subscribing and your AI visibility score has not improved by day 30, we will refund your first month. This guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only.

5. Generated Content

Content generated by CiteFlow (blog posts, page rewrites, FAQ sections, schema markup, Reddit response drafts, etc.) is provided for your use. You own the right to use, modify, and publish generated content for your business. CiteFlow retains no ownership of content generated for your account.

Generated content is created using AI and should be reviewed before publishing. CiteFlow does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not liable for claims arising from content you publish.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use CiteFlow for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our service
  • Submit false or misleading brand information
  • Use generated Reddit response drafts in a way that violates Reddit's terms of service
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI engine APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) are third-party services outside our control — temporary outages on their end may affect audit results. We will communicate planned downtime in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

CiteFlow provides tools and recommendations to improve your AI visibility. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. AI search results are determined by third-party AI models and are inherently unpredictable. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
