• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card number)

• Run AI visibility audits across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Mistral
• Generate optimized content, blog posts, and recommendations for your brand
• Send your audit report and product updates via email
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Improve our service based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate CiteFlow:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity — AI engine queries for audits and content generation
• Vercel — application hosting

Each service processes only the data necessary for its function. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention

Your audit data and generated content are retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for 90 days, after which it may be deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
